Status Last Reviewed: 3. Investigating – We are aware customers are unable to add time entries in XPM.

Status Last Reviewed: 2. Dec 8 , Dec 7 , A browser extension is currently blocking customers from accessing certain parts of Xero. Resolved – Customers are able to access invoices, bills and bank reconciliation in Xero again. Although this problem was first detected through an ad blocker, we identified a recent product release was affecting some customers. We have resolved this and apologise for any inconvenience this has caused.

Dec 7 , UTC. Identified – We are aware that some customers are unable to access invoices, bills and bank reconciliation due to an issue with a browser extension. This relates to Trend Micro, a browser add-on some customers use. Investigating – We are aware that some customers trying to access invoices, bills and bank reconciliation tab are experiencing performance issues.

In the meantime, customers are able to use the private browser mode on your respective browser which will mean you can access Xero without problems. Dec 6 , AU: Payroll – Performance issues loading the employee taxes tab. Resolved – Customers should now be able to successfully load the Taxes tab.

We experienced increased traffic to this tab after we sent an email asking some customers to review the Taxes tab for specific employees. If you did not receive an email about this, you are not affected. We apologise for any inconvenience. Dec 6 , UTC.

Investigating – We are aware Australian customers trying to load the taxes tab in payroll are experiencing performance issues. Dec 5 , Dec 4 , Dec 3 , Dec 2 , Some customers not receiving Xero emails. Resolved – Our team has identified that this was an issue with one of our third party ISPs who had an outage which meant some customers weren’t receiving emails from Xero. This issue has been resolved and customers should now be receiving emails.

Investigating – We are aware some customers aren’t receiving emails from Xero. Status Last Reviewed: 7. Resolved – Our team has identified the issue that is impacting a small amount of New Zealand customers. Our product team continues to investigate the root cause of this issue and put in place a fix. In the meantime if customers are impacted by this issue, we recommend you raising a case with our CX team who will be able to provide a work around in the interim which will resolve impact.

Whats the response status code? Any validation errors returned? Hi, no error and the bill is created. It’s just that it’s created as a draft. I’m using a put request with cURL in php.
